I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
To re-set your password, click on “Login” at the top of the page. Then click on the “Forgot Your Password” link which will prompt you to enter your email address. After you submit this form, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password immediately.

Is my personal information kept private?
Please rest assured that your personal information is kept confidential. If you would like to learn more, please refer to our privacy policy.

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your littlehipstar account to update your contact, billing, or shipping information. To log in, simply click the “Login” button at the top of the page.

 

Order

How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at littlehipstar.com is easy:
To add an item to your shopping bag, please select the size (if applicable) and quantity from the dropdowns. Then click “Buy Now”. A shopping cart pop-up window will prompt you to go to your shopping cart to checkout or to continue shopping.  

Click on the shopping cart icon to review the items in your shopping bag and click on the checkout button to complete your order. Now simply follow the checkout instructions. At any time, you can quit the checkout process by clicking “cancel, and return to store” at the bottom of the page.

Which size should I choose?
We have personalized size guides for each brand designed for you that you can find in the tab under the product. For a general size guide, please click here. We recommend checking size guides carefully to avoid any disappointment.

Do I have to pay customs duties and import charges?
Please note that customs, duties, and VAT can apply for deliveries outside of the EU. Unfortunately, littlehipstar has no control over these charges.

I made a mistake. I would like to modify or cancel my order in progress. Is this possible?
That depends on how far your order has progressed. Please contact Customer Service with the number of your order and the reference code of your product(s) using the contact form, or by email at service@littlehipstar.com.

How do I know if you have received my order?
After completing the checkout process and the payment authorization process, you will receive a confirmation email providing all the data was accurate and payment was approved. It includes a summary of the order, article(s) description, the quantity and the price of the purchased products, the method of payment and the delivery address. 

Where can I find information about my order?
The history of your orders is saved in your littlehipstar account. Just go to “Log in” at the top of the welcome page, enter your email address and your password in the “customer login” section and click on “submit.” You will find all the details concerning your orders, including invoices, in the “My Orders” section.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
All orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm orders will be dispatched the next business day. If you chose “bank transfer” as a payment option, your order will be send out once the money has arrived in our bank account so the speed of dispatch depends on you.

Can I combine discounts?
Discounts are not combinable; only one discount code can be used on an order.

How do I use my newsletter discount?
The newsletter discount is a one-time discount of 10% off your entire order. To use your newsletter discount, go to your shopping cart. Enter your discount code on the right-hand side in the appropriate field and proceed to checkout. You will see the 10% discount applied at checkout.

 

Payment

What payment methods does littlehipstar.com accept?
You can pay by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, make a Prepayment via Bank Transfer or Gift Card (to pay in full or in part). 

Are the payments really protected well?
We take payment security and the confidentiality of information that you give us very seriously. For more information, please read Privacy Policy and Payment in full. 

How do I prepay?
In Checkout under the “Billing” step, select the “Prepayment via bank transfer” option. Our bank details will be displayed. Please use the littlehipstar order number that is included on your email confirmation as the reference number. You have three business days to pay for the order in full, and we will send one reminder. After 72 hours, if we have not received payment, your order will be automatically cancelled.

We deliver with DHL, UPS, Austrian Post and Swiss Post.

What happens if there is nobody to take delivery of the parcel?
First, the corresponding carrier for your destination will attempt to find a neighbor willing to accept and sign for your parcel. If no neighbor can accept your parcel, they will leave a notification card and take the parcel to the nearest Parcel Shop. You then have nine working days to collect your parcel, showing your photo ID (e.g. passport or identity card). If there is no Parcel Shop nearby, they will take your parcel back to their own distribution center. You can then redirect your parcel from a range of options online, and the carrier will make another delivery attempt in accordance with your instructions. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to littlehipstar after a storage period of six calendar days. 

Do you offer gift-wrapping?
Of course we do! If you wish to have your order gift-wrapped, simply select this option in the shopping basket for a cost of 5 Euros. You can also write a personalized message, which will be handwritten on a card and added to the parcel. Your order will be prepared with the greatest care and will be packed in a beautiful littlehipstar gift box.

Am I able to track my order?
Yes. As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order via one of the links provided. We ship with the following carriers, the carrier is mentioned in the shipment confirmation email you received:

What do I do if something from my parcel is missing or damaged?

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an article ordered on the site? 

To make a return, follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the returns form provided to you in your littlehipstar package. * If you cannot find it, please click here to print out a new one.

*All items that are sent back should include a completed returns form. Unidentified parcels may not be refunded.

  1. Be sure to pack the products in their original packing and put them in a box with the return form.
  2. Give the box to your local post or whichever carrier you choose to use. The rest is on us.

What is your return policy?
We can only exchange items that are in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns that are used, altered, soiled or damaged may not be accepted. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in a single delivery.  

SHOES OR BOXED ITEMS

Shoes must be returned unmarked, unworn and in their original shoe box. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging. To ensure you have the right size, please try them on inside, on a soft carpeted surface. littlehipstar will not accept shoes with any sign of wear and tear. Items presented in a branded box must be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. Please note that items returned without their box or in a damaged box will NOT be accepted.

SWIMWEAR OR UNDERGARMENTS

Due to hygienic reasons, underwear is non-returnable. Swimwear must be tried on over underclothing, ensuring that the protective hygiene strip remains intact. If the protective strip is missing upon receiving your order, please contact our customer service (service@littlehipstar.com) in case you wish to return. Otherwise this return will be denied and the item will be send back to you.

What is the deadline for returning an item?
You can return an item within 14 days after receiving your order. Free returns are available for Germany and Austria. For all other countries, shipping a return is at your own cost.

How do I make an exchange?
To receive your exchange more quickly, please return your original purchase and place a new order for your preferred size.

When will I receive my refund?
You will be refunded within 3 business days of the merchandise arriving at our warehouse.

How do I give a littlehipstar gift card as a gift?
To give a littlehipstar gift card, click on the Online Gift Card link in the footer of any page. You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter all gift card details and buy the gift card. You can then complete the checkout process as you would normally. 

How do I redeem a gift card?
To redeem a gift card, proceed to the shopping cart. On the right side of the page, select “Use Gift Card(s) to pay (or partially pay)”. You’ll be prompted to enter your gift card code, then click “Apply” to apply the amount towards your order. Multiple gift cards can be used.

Gift boxes
Gifts are beautifully packaged in a littlehipstar’s gift box, with items wrapped in tissue paper and a handwritten card (be sure to include your gift note at checkout!). The invoice will not be included unless your gift is shipping outside the EU, in which case it must be included for customs purposes. We have three gift box sizes: 34 x 39 x 10cm, 24 x 25 x 6cm, and 21 x 19 x 10cm. PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS THAT ARE LARGER THAN THE BOXES CANNOT BE PACKED AS A GIFT BOX.  If you did pay for a gift box and your item(s) does not fit, then we will of course refund you the 5 Euros right away.

If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, simply scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and click the Subscribe link. You will be redirected to the registration form. Fill out your email, first and last name, then submit the subscription form.
